The Senate approved the decree on tax simplifications with 246 votes in favor, 33 against and 2 abstentions. Even companies certified under the system of quality management ISO 9001 will be subject to controls under the normal rules. The simplification does not apply to fiscal and financial matters, which remains governed by previous regulations.
